INTRODUCING...SMAC FIT!

This hour long class focuses on strength and conditioning. We incorporate dumbbells, kettlebells, gymnastics, barbells, running, rowing, biking, mobility and many other movements.

Nutritional guidance, goal setting, results tracking, and personalized programming are also provided. There are monthly community events and pop-up classes! All abilities are welcome.

SMAC FIT KIDS IS HERE!

Kids Functional Fitness Class
Fall Semester (9/8 - 12/15)
Mondays and Wednesdays
4:30 - 5:15PM

This is a 45 minute kids class with a focus on
strength and conditioning. We will incorporate dumbbells, kettlebells, body-weight exercises, running, games, mobility and many other movements. Ages 7-11 are welcome.

Cost $200 for 23 Classes (Please call or text for additional pricing options)

    • Monday- Friday 5 am – 9pm
    • Saturday 6 am – 6 pm
    • Sunday 10 am – 6 pm
  • Childcare is available and free to all members
  • Locker rooms are open
  • Dry saunas and steam rooms are open 
  • Time on cardio equipment is limited to 30 minutes to allow for more members to use equipment

We offer all the things you would expect from a fitness club: a full line of state-of-the-art cardio machines, full line of free-weight machines, spin room, wet and dry saunas, great locker rooms, walking track, women-only fitness room and a variety of fitness classes.
