Our personal trainers are a big part of what makes SMAC a special place to work out. Not only are they all highly trained with many years of experience, but even if you aren’t training with them, just their positive, upbeat attitudes make exercising more fun for everyone in the gym.

45 minutes of cardio and core
Cost: $10 per session or $80/pkg of 10 sessions

Self-Lead Classes (Free of Charge)

SMAC also offers classes that are free of charge and available for members throughout the day.

LADIES ONLY FITNESS ROOM:
All day, Any time
You will get a complete cardio and strength-training workout in just 30 minutes. The circuit consists of resistance machines (no free-weights to deal with) that target every major muscle group, two muscles at a time.

spin_classVIDEO SPIN CLASS:
All day, Any time
Choose from a variety of videos and get spinning!

FIT FAST:
All day, Any time
You will get a great workout in this 30/30/30 class. People love this do it yourself class where within 30 minutes you move through 30 stations doing different workouts for 30 seconds. The wall timer will tell you when to switch to the next station. Run through the course twice and you’ve had a great 30 minute total body workout!
