We offer all the things you would expect from a fitness club: state-of-the-art cardio machines, a full line of free-weight machines, wet and dry saunas, a walking track and a variety of fitness classes.

We provide a comfortable community atmosphere that makes getting in shape a truly fun experience. Members tell us they come to SMAC because of the up-beat, supportive and happy atmosphere that comes from working out in a place where the trainers and staff really love what they do for a living.

“There are few places that you can walk into and instantly know that you will have friends, but SMAC is one of those places. The staff that works and trains the members is committed to making you feel like you are part of a truly special club.”
- Tracie LeSar
“Saun delivers because she keeps everything fresh and always has amazing new techniques and moves. No fluff, no wasted time. Scott and I are hooked. Now our daughters are too.”
- Scott and Jennie Micus
“Tommy’s character, motivation and drive to help others is truly the reason for his training success. He is also diligent about staying current on the latest fitness and nutritional techniques.”
- Jamie Rehm
“I am 35 lbs. lighter and can box like a maniac! I have never felt this good in my adult life and am very proud of the progress. This is due to Tommy and his ongoing belief in me. I hope he is still my trainer when I am 99.”
- Dr. Elaina Rodela, MD
“What some call an exercise class we call a Sister-Hood...made up of different fitness levels and ages. We lift each other up. We welcome new faces. It's not ever easy but always worth it.”
- Scottie
